How long will it take to receive my order?

UK Shipping

We offer free UK shipping via 2nd Class, with delivery in 3-4 business days.

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to 1st Class, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery at checkout. These faster services are available at cost.

All orders are dispatched within one working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

International Shipping

Orders are sent via Royal Mail using either a tracked or untracked service, depending on what you choose at checkout.

Delivery times are:

  • Europe: 6-7 business days
  • Rest of the World (USA, South America, Asia, etc.): 7-9 business days

Do I get tracking with my order?

Whether you get a tracking number depends on the delivery method you choose at checkout.

If you want tracking, make sure to upgrade to a tracked option. For UK orders, choose Tracked 48, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery.

For international orders, choose Tracked International.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

It's tricky to change your order once it's been placed, so we suggest browsing our website at your own pace and finalising your order when you're ready.

If you've already placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. We can then help you with cancelling your order, or if it's already been dispatched, we can help find a solution.

Will I be charged international taxes, duties, or customs fees?

We do not collect import tax or other customs duties in advance. If you are ordering for an address outside of the UK, please note that you will be responsible for paying any international taxes, duties, or customs fees levied.

It's also worth bearing in mind that we have no control over how customs handle your parcel. This includes any delays due to customs holding your order. While most of our international orders proceed without issues, we recommend familiarising yourself with your local customs rules and regulations if you're unsure about potential fees.

What do I do if I receive damaged or defective items?

We do our best to package orders appropriately; however, the way our couriers handle items is beyond our control. If your order has arrived damaged, we can help you in finding a solution. Please contact us with your order number and photos that clearly show the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If you change your mind about your order, please contact us straight away with your order number, and we'll be able to help.

When returning your order, you'll need to pay for the return shipping. Please make sure you return the order in the same condition as you received them.
