Shipping policy
We generally dispatch orders at 2pm, meaning if you order before 2pm, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
UK Shipping
We offer free UK shipping via 2nd Class, with delivery in 2-3 business days.
If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to 1st Class, Tracked 24, or Special Delivery at checkout. These faster services are available at cost.
International Shipping
Orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 6-7 business days
- Rest of the World (USA, South America, Asia, etc.): 7-9 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be longer due to UK customs and the customs authority in your country. Customs checks can sometimes delay parcels to ensure they are legitimate and meet legal requirements.
While we follow best shipping practices, international orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
Import Fees and Customs Duties
We do not collect import tax or customs duties in advance and are not responsible for any customs delays. You are responsible for paying any customs fees or duties that apply.
Please note: We do pay import tax on behalf of US customers, so you won't have to worry about the impact of tariffs or other customs duties.
We are proud to supply tabletop gamers worldwide and can ship to most countries, except those subject to sanctions.

Important Note about Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us or deemed undeliverable by the postal company due to customer error, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from any refund issued.
For the purposes of this policy, customer error includes, but is not limited to, providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failing to provide required contact details (such as email address or phone number, which may be needed for customs clearance), failing to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, or not paying applicable import duties or customs charges.
Packaging
Most orders are sent in padded bubble envelopes, while some may be shipped in mailing bags. Larger products may be packed in cardboard boxes.
We package all products discreetly and carefully to ensure they arrive safely.
